Bhoot Bangla Box Office Collection: Akshay Kumar Starrer JUMPS 55% On Saturday, Crosses ₹35 Cr In 2 Days – Eyes ₹55 Cr Weekend Like A PRO!

Akshay Kumar’s Bhoot Bangla is showing a power-packed upward trend at the Indian box office, with Saturday bringing in a massive surge. After a promising Friday, the horror-comedy has taken a strong leap on Day 2, setting itself up for an impressive opening weekend total.

The film collected approximately ₹19.00 crore nett on Saturday, which is a solid ~55.10% jump from its Friday earnings. Interestingly, mid-day trends were pointing towards a ₹17–17.50 crore finish, but a surge in night shows pushed the collections comfortably past the ₹19 crore mark.

With this, the total collections of Bhoot Bangla now stand at ₹35.00 crore nett in just two days, including paid previews.

The growth hasn’t been limited to just one region. While major urban centres like Delhi-NCR led the charge with the strongest spike, mass circuits in the Hindi belt, including Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, also showed excellent momentum. This all-India growth pattern is a strong indicator of widespread audience acceptance.

The film had already laid a solid foundation with its Friday numbers, but Saturday’s jump has significantly strengthened its box office standing. More importantly, the advance bookings for Sunday are again on the rise, hinting at another big day at the ticket windows.

Going by the current trend, Bhoot Bangla is expected to comfortably cross the ₹20 crore nett mark on Sunday, which would push its opening weekend total to around ₹55 crore nett—a figure that firmly places it among the strong performers of the year.

At this stage, the film is clearly in a favourable position. The kind of weekend it has delivered almost ensures a successful run, but the real test begins on Monday. A steady hold on the first weekday will be crucial in determining whether this strong start converts into a long, profitable run.

Interestingly, the trend so far is reminiscent of Jolly LLB 3, which had a similar weekend trajectory but couldn’t sustain momentum during weekdays. Bhoot Bangla now has the opportunity to go one step further. If it manages a solid Monday hold, the film could well be on its way to emerging as a HIT at the box office.

With momentum on its side and audience interest peaking, all eyes are now on how Bhoot Bangla capitalizes on this golden weekend window.
